Where do I begin?

I've had this question any number of times over the years and I thought I'd write a few
bullet points as to what it's like to buy a house in Granada.
Keep in mind these points are specific to buying in Granada province and may not
always apply everwhere in Spain! It's a big country.
First, contact me! You can click on the Whatsapp button and say hi! And we can start
the whole process.
Talk to me about what you'd like, dislike, and what you think you want. We can refine
from that conversation. I can send you a few links and we start to see what you might
like to visit or check out.
Schedule a visit! Poke around! Ask all the questions.
When we find it, we make an offer. This involves a bit of paperwork and 1000 euros
down, which are refundable if we don't come to an agreement. From there we move to
pre contract and 10% down and then onward to final signing. This all takes time and
more so if we need a mortgage to cover the purchase.
It's a little more involved that the process in other parts of the world, but I'm here
to walk you through each moment! I've done this a while, and been a buyer myself
so I know how daunting it can be in another language! I speak both and know the system well, so don't hesitate to call me!
So how do you start? Let's talk and move from there!
